• 50% deposit to confirm trip.

• Deposit must be received within 10 days of booking trip.

• Deposits can be made with Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, MasterCard, Visa, or Check.

• Please indicate date of trip with deposit.

• Trip is considered confirmed when deposit ids received.

• Balance of trip due at dock prior to boarding.

• Balance must be paid in Cash, Cashiers Check, MasterCard, Visa, or Money Order.

• NO PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted morning of trip.

• Cancellations less than 20 days in advance of trip forfeit deposit.

• The Captain reserves the right to cancel trip or deny boarding vessel if he deems you are intoxicated:
  All monies will be forfeited.

• We adhere to zero Drug tolerance.

• We abide by all State and Federal Fish and Game regulations.

NOTE: Due to drastic fuel price increases, a Fuel Surcharge may be added.

• Bring lunch and drinks in two large coolers (48 qt. to 120 qt.) on private charters.

• NO HARD LIQUOR allowed on boats.

• Leave fish cooler in your vehicle at the dock.

• Fish cleaning services available.
